Springboard
DESCRIPTION
The Springboard program is part of the Victorian Governments commitment to improve life outcomes for young people leaving residential and lead tenant out-of-home care by providing access, opportunities and support for Education, Training and or Employment pathways. Young people aged 16-21 years who were on a Child Protection Order on their 16th birthday (or after) and were in residential out-of-home care when they transitioned from care for the last time, are eligible.
