Primary Care Connect is a community health service. We have over 25 programs focusing on a range of health and wellbeing issues and we pride ourselves on providing person centred and consumer driven care that allows people to take control of their lives and bring about change.
Gamblers Help is a free service that provides support, education, information, referrals, therapeutic and financial counselling to people who may be affected by gambling harm. Gamblers Help is based at Primary Care Connect in Shepparton and services the Mitchell, Murrindindi, Strathbogie, Shepparton and Moira Shires. The Gamblers Help team works both as outreach in your communities or office based in Shepparton. The team includes two Financial Counsellors, two Therapeutic Counsellors, two Community Educators and a Venue Support Worker. It is important to note that all services provided are free to gamblers and affected others (family and friends).
